How to get Operating System Selecting screen?

I have got two hard drives in my pc one with XP Mediacentre edition and the other hard drive with Windows 7. when the pc starts it starts with windows 7 and i can go to the XP by changing the boot sequence.

Press Delete after you hear a beep, or when you see the Motherboard screen. Check the manual for your Motherboard for the key to press to enter the BIOS, one you're in there, you can choose which HDD to boot from.How to get Operating System Selecting screen?
Hit Winkey R and then type in msconfig.

Go to the boot tab.

Make sure the timeout is a few seconds.

Then when you start up you can choose.
