How do i change the boot skin of windows xp please help?

i downloaded 2 boot skins that are supposed to change the boot screen where it says Microsoft Windows XP and the little bar that goes left to right loading XP how do you change that screen and how do you change logon screen help plezzzzzzHow do i change the boot skin of windows xp please help?
