Dual boot Problem with XP and Vista help me!!!?

Ok each OS are in a different partition, when i installed vista i was using it for a while, then every time i try to start the computer the boot manager screen always appears asking me what OS would i like to run xp or vista, so its annoying. well i ran vista and i changed the boot manager screen, i changed that i want to run xp only. i didnt realized by doing it was gonna ban windows vista from the boot manager, and it did. im running xp right now and i can only run xp because i dont know how to start windows vista, i tried to change the boot manager from xp but xp doesnt read vista.

on this link you will see the boot manager screen, well its gone now and i cant change it back, the only way to change it back is by going to windows vista. i know i made a huge mistake and i would be glad if you can help me thanx.

Download Vista boot Pro. I, too, have XP and Vista installed. By the way, Joe M is wrong; XP and Vista can be installed on the same drive. I have mine on the same drive.Dual boot Problem with XP and Vista help me!!!?
You cannot share the shame harddrive with both Windows Vista and Window XP
