How can I change my bios screen resolution?

I want to change my bios screen resolution so that the boot loader and bios screen stretch BEFORE i boot into windows...it works fine with different cables...but when i use an HDMI cable the bios doesnt fit the screen until im into the OS.

step1-start Computer

step-2-whenever starting boot step screen at that time press delete key.

step-3-you have choose bios settings, you have to change resolution.
