How to change the Windows login screen?

I don't know if its the login screen or what that is thats why i just don't look for myself haha.



Like the screen when you turn on your computer.. and you have to click one of the users to log in as.. the screen is light blue?



NOT the boot screen just like the user screen?



how do i change this or... just what is this screen called? ill find it myself... if you just know the name...How to change the Windows login screen?
