How do I completely boot a Sandisk Cruzer Flash Drive?

When I inserted the flash drive into the USB port, it said it needed to boot before it could properly work. So, it automatically restarted, and it also automatically started booting. However, the screen never changed - it stayed black with a small white line at the top blinking non-stop!!

I have the Windows version required, and nothing seems to be wrong, so why won't the booting process ever actually ';start?';How do I completely boot a Sandisk Cruzer Flash Drive?
it seems that is computer is setup to start (boot) from USB first. just hit [DELete] key to enter SETUP (or whatever key it says to press to enter SETUP) and go to BOOT options and just change it to point to first hard disk first, CD/DVD second, floppy/other as third option. save, quit and reboot!

now it should start normally. How do I completely boot a Sandisk Cruzer Flash Drive?
You need to update the driver. Find your driver and download it.

Pop in the drive and choose to exit the launch pad or close it out if it auto starts.

Bottom of the screen find the box with the green arrow and double click it and choose the properties of the card and update the driver. You can try to roll back the drivers first if you want.
