How can I change my BIOS boot order?

I have this motherboard:

So far I've tried DEL, F1, F2, F8, F12, and my computer doesn't seem to register any of them. I keep pressing them about every second since the POST screen, but nothing seems to work. Is there a workaround or what else can I try?How can I change my BIOS boot order?
Check my sources for a link to the manual for this board on the manufacturer's website.

Apparently you need to hit DEL *during* the POST screen to get in to the BIOS setup. All of the motherboards I'm familiar with have some sort of visual confirmation that they're going to enter the BIOS setup. I find it best to hold the key down until I get that confirmation. How can I change my BIOS boot order?
