That's very difficult, if impossible. You shouldn't care about that.

How you change it, I'm not sure but you can get rid of it.

Press the Windows key and Pause Break together to bring up System Properties. Click the advanced tab and under Start up and recovery, click settings.Click the Edit button. In the notepad window that appears, type /sos at the end of the last line with a single space so that it reads

. . . /fastdetect /sos

Click File and then save.

If you want to restore the Windows logo , remove /sos and resave the file.
I dont think you can if you want to change what is say like Windows Xp you need to get a different program if you dont want that anymore
