How to dual boot pc and switch between OS?

I can dual boot vista and windows 7. i recently installed dexpot a program that changes screens. so i can quickly change screens and hide any programs in the other screen. (google it i did not explain well) anyway i was wondering instead of just switching screens could i change OS's. so i would load up both vixta and windows 7and just switch between themHow to dual boot pc and switch between OS?

you cant boot two OSs at the same time. you can use software like vmware to run it virtually like its another program. otherwise you have to shut down one and boot up the other.
Install Virtual (free from Microsoft) PC and then you run one or the other from within.
