How can i change the boot screen of Windows xp to my picture?

Yu have to get the name of the picture that is used for the the boot. Rename your file as the name of the file making sure that is it about the same size as the one you are renaming... That will be good enough...How can i change the boot screen of Windows xp to my picture?
