When playing COD4 online, can you change your screen name?? How?????

I've grown weary of my screen name when playing the game online and want to change it. How do you go about changing it?? Is it done in account management??



I know how to change clan tags, but not the screen name itself.

I have also been told that if you change your screen name, you have to start all over. Is this true??



Example: If you were on your 5th prestige level, and changed your screen name, you'd be sent all the way back to Level 1 boot camp. This cant be true, or is it??When playing COD4 online, can you change your screen name?? How?????
Yeah, you literally have to start a fresh user to have a new name, as far as I know - so for, PS3, you have to lose everything. I started a new one just before GTA4 for that very reason; next time you get a new game, start a new one, then you can use a new user for that game every time.When playing COD4 online, can you change your screen name??
