Does anyone know how to make an animated boot screen for Windows Vista?

I檓 not asking for a really high-end-graphic animated boot screen. But you know the little green progress bar in the default boot screen? The one that keeps going from left to right until the computer loads the logon screen or whatever? I want to change the color of the little progress bar and add a picture behind it.



And after you make it, how do you apply it? Can you apply it with the software called Vista Visual Master? I don檛 want to apply it by memory.



Also, can you animate things for .msstyles files too? Can you do that to the buttons (example: a button flashing when you hover your mouse over it)?Does anyone know how to make an animated boot screen for Windows Vista?
