How can I change the boot up/ welcome screen on Windows XP? So, instead of having the Windows XP logo or whatever I wanna change it to this Pirates thing I saw someone have for theirs. How can I do that?Changing the Boot Up/Welcome Screen
there is a tweak ui program i think. It gives you hints and tips and tricks with win xp. You will need to just change some registry values in order to change where it looks for the picture.Changing the Boot Up/Welcome Screen
