i have a problem with my 3 pc in my lab the desktop turn 90 degrees

the screen resolution becomes 768x1024 but it should be 1024x768

whenever i try to change the screen resolution in the Display Properties

or rotate the desktop in the (Inter Extreme Graphics 2) display setting

and click Apply the PC restart even though i put the option in

(Apply the new display settings without restarting)

One more thing i notice is that the DPI setting was disable

i uninstall the driver and when i restart it was ok but in 800x600

resolution and when i install the driver it went back to that mode

which the desktop turn 90degrees

anyone knows how to fix this and what causes the problem

when i boot in safe mode it was ok

hope you can help me with this thank you..My desktop turn 90degrees how can i turn back this to normal when i change setting the PCrestart nothin change
Go to Control Panel\Display\Settings\Advanced and disable ';hot keys'; feature. You need to uncheck the box that says ';enable hot keys';.

That should solve the problem.
