And I have it saved as a file, I would love to make it my boot video for when I first turn on my computer and XP is loading.
Is there any software I could use? Or special code I need to change in my computer to do so? Any advice or know how would be great. Thanks! :D

You can't. You have to have a crappy picture. And changing it requires tuning software that will do it all for you, because if you fiddle about with it yourself, you could screw up your PC.Making a video your boot screen ?
Did you notice that it's a *VISTA* animation? That's because XP can't do an animated desktop. (The ';software'; you need is an upgrade to Vista.)
