Help with Installing Windows , while having blue screen of death?

I have the blue screen of death. i am reinstalling the Windows XP disc , i have gone on to BIOS and changed to boot by CD , and its still doing the same thing , it asks me to load up windows normally or to Load the last known configuration and with the safemodes. after this screen it begins to load up windows then almost immediatley restarts the whole computer. please could somebody tell me how i can reinstall or just repair this problem.Help with Installing Windows , while having blue screen of death?
