I have 2 problems about my pc running windows xp?

1) my pc was running okay yesterday but today i tried to start it and repeatedly it restarts then the monitor fails to respond and all i hear are long beeping sounds every 3 seconds, every now and then i manage to start windows normally but never gets to the login page before it restarts any help is appreciated

2) before my problem from above, when i would turn on my pc the boot screen somehow changed size it looks zoomed in and am wondering how to change that but when i would go into my account everything is fine so if anyone know's how to change that as well please let me knowI have 2 problems about my pc running windows xp?
BEEP SOUND ERROR.

1. ONE SHORT BEEP OR CONTINUING BEEP mean REFRESH CIRCUIT FAIL DRAM

2. TWO BEEP mean PARITY CIRCUIT FAIL ?RAM

3. THREE BEEP CONTINUING mean FIRST 64K FAIL

4. FOUR SHORT BEEP mean TIMER MALFUNCTION

5. FIVE SHORT BEEP mean CPU REGISTERED EXAMINE FAIL

6. SIX SHORT BEEP mean KEYBOARD CONTROLLING ζ₯²INE GATE A20?FAIL

7. SEVEN BEEP mean PROCESSING ERROR

8. NINE SHORT BEEP mean EXTENDED PROCESSES ERROR

9. TEN SHORT BEEP mean CMOS SHUT DOWN REGISTERED ERRORI have 2 problems about my pc running windows xp?
The long beep is a POST (Power On Self Test) error code.

Go to the PC Mfg or motherboard web site to find what that means.
Sounds like the RAM. Try re-seating or replacing.
It could also be a corrupt registry hive or corrupt system file, Boot.ini or Master Boot Record. All of the answers above are valid. Hard to tell. Best thing to do would find out from your manufacturer what the POST is telling you. Those ';long beeps every 3 seconds'; are an indication of your problem. Most likely hardware related, but if you machine is rebooting after the splash screen you could have more than one problem.
it seems that you could have a memory problem and a graphic card problem

as for your zoom issue, try hitting the reset button on your monitor.

the other issue could be the settings in Windows, maybe the screen size is not correct and causing the zoom problem
