When i boot from windows cd it gives a black screen?

today i wanted to repair my windows so i inserted my windows cd (that i used a lot of times before) but i was surprised that after the statement '; setup is inspecting your hardware ................... '; it gives a black screen with nothing instead of the ordinary blue one .

i searched the web and found solutions concerning the master boot record and how to repair it .

i tried that but no use

my windows boots normal and other OS cds run well , only when i boot the windows cd -which i tried to change with another cd but it didn't work too- it gives me the black screen. When i boot from windows cd it gives a black screen?
When you turn on your computer, go to the BIOS, and make sure the Boot is on CD FIRST, if it's not it won't work.

Also make sure the CD's not scratched, if you need help getting to the BIOS just email me.
