How do I replace the default Windows Vista boot screen ';Loading'; icon?

I have Windows 7 on my personal compute,r and I know that Win7 is virtually impossible to customize outside of Windows' own options (unfortunately).

However, I'm also using another laptop with Windows Vista on it. Now I feel the need to customize it.

I've downloaded StarDock Bootskin and changed the bootskin. However, even after this new image appears, I still get the default Windows Icon ';Loading'; animation.

Is there any way to either remove this animation completely or to replace it with a custom one?
